The mission of this position is to serve as the Foundation’s primary representative in the country, responsible for overseeing the scholar experience, developing partnerships with educational institutions, youth organizations, and local stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s mission and values. The position works closely with the Foundation’s integral team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the scholar experience, providing academic, personal, and leadership support throughout their journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with scholars, alumni, universities, schools, and partner organizations.
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key educational and community stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate leadership programs, training activities, scholar gatherings, and community-building initiatives.
- Monitor scholar progress and program outcomes, ensuring effective reporting and continuous improvement.
- Manage local operations, budgets, records,
and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and contribute to long-term organizational impact and sustainability.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in higher education landscape, youth development, student support, leadership programs, nonprofit organizations, or stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

Compensation
Gross monthly salary for this part-time position (before taxes): CLP $2,500,000 – $3,000,000, depending on experience.
