Inspect, test, and troubleshoot printed circuit boards used in elevator and escalator control panels and drive systems.

Perform component-level diagnosis and repair of faulty PCBs, including soldering and desoldering of SMT and through-hole components.

Conduct functional testing of repaired boards using appropriate test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, in-circuit testers).

Document inspection results, repair activities, and test outcomes accurately in service reports.

Coordinate with field service engineers and mechanical teams during system commissioning and maintenance activities.

Manage PCB spare parts inventory and ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components.

Ensure all repair and testing activities comply with IPC standards, safety regulations, and COPI's quality protocols.

Assist in technical evaluations and root cause analysis for recurring PCB failures.

Support the testing and commissioning team during project installations as required.

Stay current with developments in elevator control electronics and PCB technology.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Education & Training:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.




- TESDA NC II certification in Electronics Products Assembly and Servicing is an advantage.
- IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification is preferred.
- Additional training in PCB testing, circuit board repair, or specific equipment is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in PCB assembly, inspection, repair, or testing.
- Experience working in an electronics manufacturing or technical service environment preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and relevant OJT experience are encouraged to apply.
