¿Qué podrás hacer durante tu práctica? Estamos buscando practicantes para nuestra área de Mantenimiento, con ganas de aprender, proponer ideas y participar en proyectos que generen impacto real en nuestra operación. Durante tu práctica podrás desarrollar un proyecto concreto de mejora en mantenimiento, enfocado en una de estas dos líneas:

- Mantenimiento Autónomo
- Gestión de Lubricación

La definición del proyecto será realizada considerando tus intereses, conocimientos y perfil, en conjunto con nuestro equipo. Queremos que tu práctica sea mucho más que apoyar al equipo. Buscamos que puedas aprender haciendo, analizar procesos, proponer mejoras y desarrollar un proyecto real dentro de una operación industrial.

Are you currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, and looking for hands‑on experience in a leading industrial company? Who We Are Prysmian is a integral leader in the cable systems industry for energy and telecommunications, with operations across multiple countries worldwide. At Prysmian Chile, we operate a manufacturing facility located in Cerrillos, Santiago, where we develop solutions that support critical energy transmission, distribution,



and telecommunications infrastructure.

What Will You Do During Your Internship? We are seeking Maintenance Engineering Interns who are eager to learn, contribute innovative ideas, and participate in projects that create meaningful impact within our operation. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a real maintenance improvement project, focused on one of the following areas:

- Autonomous Maintenance
- Lubrication Management

The specific project will be defined in collaboration with our maintenance team, taking into consideration your interests, academic background, and professional profile. Our goal is to provide an experience that goes beyond day‑to‑day support activities. We want you to learn by doing, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a real project within an industrial environment.
