Role Description The Vice President of Strategy is a full-time, on-site role based in Pucón, responsible for defining and driving the overall strategic direction of Quirumedica SpA. This role leads the development and implementation of long-term business strategies, including market positioning, growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Daily activities include assessing market trends, analyzing internal performance data, and working with executive leadership to prioritize strategic projects and allocate resources.

The Vice

President of Strategy will oversee strategic planning cycles, coordinate cross-functional initiatives,



and ensure alignment between operational plans and the organization’s vision. The role also involves preparing executive presentations, guiding digital transformation efforts, and mentoring team members in strategic thinking and execution.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in strategic planning and consulting, with a track record of leading multi-year strategy initiatives.
- Solid understanding of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases.
- Proficiency in digital strategy, including leveraging digital tools and platforms to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior strategic or executive role, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work on-site in Pucón and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
