Description The Senior HR Analyst primary responsibilities includes managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits programs, reinforcing company policies. Additionally, the Senior HR Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, and improve overall employee experience.

Acting as HR Generalist, this position is expected to support the replication of HR programs and practices such as talent management, internal communication and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects Of payroll administration, induding processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for payroll expenses. Analyze payroll data and trends to identify opportunities for cost swings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and promote a positive workplace culture, aligned with regional Calendar and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional with the HR COE teams to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRIS systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, leave of absences and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting payroll, benefits, and compensation practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Help replicate strategic HR programs that will engage, develop and retain employees.
- Provide reporting and analysis on key areas such as turnover, exit data, recruiting, etc.




- Replicate Human Resources policies and procedures Responsible for communicating these policies, procedures as well as laws, standards and government regulations.
- Partner with the Wellness COE to replicate the wellness programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for the safeguarding of all Personal Information as required by Data Privacy Law, Company pdicies, and department processes.
- Actas the HR liaison between extemal auditors and ATC, responding to Auditors and Controllership team inquiries. Analyze and reconcile discrepancies, enhance internal controls and procedures, and support accurate reporting.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the CAS/LatAm HR Analysts to align processes and share best practices, ensuring the consistent execution of HR initiatives. Actively participate in regional projects while building effective relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business, Economics or related field.
- Proficiency Office 365 tools (Excel, Power Point, One Drive).
- Advance English preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to leverage intemal Corporate resources, as well as HR peers in LatAm, to get to the best recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage all levels of the organization and be a Strong contributing team member of multiple teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systerns (Oracle preferred) and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detal and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-

paced environment.

- Experience supporting remote leaders and employee groups with demonstrated success in building Strong relationships.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
