We are looking for a Sr. Claims Handler (Marine) to join our team in Chile, managing both complex and straightforward marine claims, including judicial and out-of-court cases, while providing high-quality service and developing effective strategies for claims management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complex and straightforward marine judicial and out-of-court claims.
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency in claims management and service delivery, maintaining close relationships with clients.
- Manage complex cases involving significant volume, challenges, and high levels of difficulty.
- Support the Specialist in different matters related to claims operations.
- Contribute to the achievement of the objectives established for the area.
- Identify and attract new lawsuits and ensure appropriate follow-up and management.




- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Law degree, with a focus on Civil Law and Insurance.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in litigation.
- Experience handling Marine claims is desired.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex cases and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and client-oriented approach.
