Inside Sales Representative (Spanish & Portuguese) | Remote | LATAM

We’re partnering with a integral software company to hire an Inside Sales Representative to support customers across the LATAM region.

What You’ll Do

- Manage inbound customer inquiries related to software licensing.
- Engage customers to understand their software usage and recommend appropriate licensing solutions.
- Handle negotiations and guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and accurately maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer cases.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or another customer-facing commercial role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
- Fluent English.
- Professional written proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (both languages are a strong advantage).
