Working Conditions
- Porto, Portugal (On-site)
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 - 18:00
- Meal Allowance per working day

Your Role
- Assist customers before, during, and after car rentals
- Handle reservations, inquiries, invoices, and rental-related requests
- Support customers via phone, email, and messaging
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences in French and English
