About the Company
Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad.
As one of the largest players in integral remittances, we are focused on making digital money transfers simpler and more accessible worldwide.
About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Acquisition team.
You'll help improve the journeys that enable customers to register, access their accounts, verify their identity, and start sending money . Working across web, mobile, and multiple markets, you'll partner closely with the Acquisition Product Manager, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, Compliance, Operations, and regional teams.
This is an early-career, hands-on role for someone analytical, organized, and eager to take ownership. You'll join a team that works AI-first: we use Claude Code and AI agents every day to investigate problems, analyze data, refine requirements, run QA, and report on outcomes. Over time, you'll own a defined part of the acquisition journey, from discovery and requirements through rollout and measurement.
What You'll Do
Discover Opportunities
- Use product data, customer feedback, research, and market insights to identify friction and opportunities.
- Investigate problems across registration, onboarding, login, authentication, and identity verification.
- Turn findings into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and recommendations.
- Gather evidence to support prioritization decisions.
Drive Execution
- Draft product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Work with Design, Engineering, and QA to clarify requirements, edge cases, and dependencies.
- Track progress, decisions,
blockers, and follow-up actions.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, release preparation, and cross-team coordination.
Support Quality and Rollouts
- Run and document hands-on verification of features before and after release.
- Anticipate error states, platform differences, and country-specific requirements.
- Investigate unexpected behavior using logs, session replays, and product data.
- Monitor feature-flag rollouts and recommend whether to expand, pause, or adjust them.
Own Outcomes
- Take ownership of a defined part of the acquisition journey with guidance.
- Help define success metrics and monitor performance after launch.
- Recommend improvements based on results and customer feedback.
- Follow initiatives through to measurable outcomes, not just delivery.
Build with AI
- Use Claude Code and AI agents as part of your daily workflow for analysis, investigation, documentation, and QA.
- Help build and improve the team's AI skills, automations, and workflows.
- Share what works so the whole team gets faster.
Align Stakeholders
- Bring Compliance, Privacy, Legal, Operations, and regional requirements into discussions early.
- Communicate evidence, decisions, trade-offs, and next steps clearly.
- Follow up proactively with owners and escalate risks when needed.
What We're looking for...
- 1+ years of relevant experience in product management, product operations, consulting, business analysis, growth, analytics, UX, QA, or software delivery. Internships and substantial projects count.
- Hands-on use of AI tools (LLM assistants, agents, or coding assistants) in your day-to-day work, and curiosity to push how much of product work can be done with them.
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about customer behavior.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable next steps.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable investigating problems beyond the surface.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and time zones.
- Degree in economics, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Availability to work from the office at least Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Nice To have
- Experience with Claude Code or other agentic AI tools.
- Experience contributing to a digital product launch or customer journey improvement.
- Exposure to fintech, payments, onboarding, identity, authentication, or regulated products.
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Segment, PostHog, Branch, or Iterable.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, event tracking, or feature flags.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- You regularly explore new apps and analyze what makes them work, or not.

- Annual Salary Review
- Year-End Bonus
- 15% Off EEFT Stock
- Birthday Day Off
- 5 Extra Days Off
- Health Insurance
