This is an SDR to AE Development Role: a sales leadership training program where you work directly with our founder, who has personally trained hundreds of SDRs and developed dozens into AE and leadership roles. This is done-with-you, not done-for-you — you'll be on the phones daily, coached in real time.
Everyone who works here starts as an SDR. No exceptions.
Compensation is 100% performance based: commission only, no guaranteed salary. Reps who consistently hit production land in the $10,000+/month range through commission once ramped, with no ceiling.
