Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client needs into clear requirements, sitting between clients, our product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem at hand.
You will work across client builds, client maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimating new projects.
