The Opportunity
The SoCo Change Management leader is an strategic partner who leads the Change Management Strategy of the SoCoTransformational Programs and Projects,
aligned with the LATAM Transformation Strategy and the SoCo Strategy; by applying effective and solid Change Management plans to achieve business goals and effective change adoption. Champions the use of Change Management tools and practices for execution. The role will have full accountability executing all the components of the methodology: change leadership, change approach & assessment, Stakeholder Management and Communications, Skills & Knowledge and Sustainability.
Your Impact
As Change Mangement Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
- Coordinate, articulates and develops Change Management Strategy and plans, to ensure effective change adoption, successful planning, delivery, required to buld next gen capabilities and Digitalization Culture
- Develops and implements change plans to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment
