SANY Chile, a integral leader in heavy machinery with more than 30 years of experience across the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors, is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team and support a strategic talent acquisition initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from sourcing to onboarding.Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout each recruitment process.Coordinate job offers, documentation, and onboarding processes for new hires.Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare headcount and recruitment KPI reports.Support and coordinate the monthly payroll process, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions,



and personnel changes.Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Ensure compliance with applicable Chilean labor legislation related to employment and payroll.Handle employee and candidate information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different positions and levels.Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.Experience supporting or coordinating payroll processes.Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation and payroll processes.Advanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems/ATS is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Intermediate English proficiency.Availability to work on-site in Santiago, Chile.
