About the Role
Join a leading European car rental company and become part of an international customer service team in Porto, Portugal.
You will support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring a professional and seamless experience in both French and English.
Key Activities
Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and messaging.
Assist customers with reservations and rental inquiries.
Provide support before, during, and after vehicle rentals.
Resolve issues related to invoices, damages, and rental agreements.
Recommend additional services and identify sales opportunities.
Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting service standards.
Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
Requirements




Fluent or native-level
French
and strong
English
skills.
EU Citizenship or valid EU work authorization
required.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Center environments is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Comfortable using digital tools and multiple communication platforms.
