Position Summary
You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the medical and aesthetic markets. You will make a high volume of outbound calls, introduce Robbins Instruments and our products, learn each prospect's needs, identify the decision maker and economic buyer, and schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales representatives.
This role suits someone who enjoys the phone, handles rejection well, and wants to build a career in medical sales.
Target Customers
You will engage with a range of healthcare and aesthetic organizations, including but not limited to:
• Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)
• Hospital systems and health networks
• Plastic surgery groups and clinics
• Medical spas
• Dermatology groups and clinics
• Other surgical and specialty practices

Key Responsibilities
• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to new and existing leads (target: 100 calls per day).
• Introduce Robbins Instruments and clearly communicate our value, product lines, and differentiators.




• Share basic product information and answer basic questions, escalating technical questions to the appropriate team member.
• Ask discovery questions to understand the prospect's current instruments, suppliers, pain points, purchasing timelines, and volume.
• Navigate gatekeepers and complex organizations to identify the key decision maker, economic buyer, and other influencers (surgeons, OR directors, materials managers, practice administrators, procurement and value analysis committees).
• Qualify leads against established criteria before booking appointments.
• Schedule virtual or in person meetings for outside sales representatives and coordinate calendars across time zones.
• Send confirmation emails, calendar invites, and follow up product materials to prospects.
• Provide sales reps with a detailed handoff before each appointment covering contacts, needs, current vendors, buying process, and objections.
