NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a Senior Principal Clinical Psychologist to join the Discharge Without Delay programme within an Acute Frailty MDT at Crosshouse Hospital. The role focuses on specialist psychological assessment for frail older patients, driving timely and safe discharge and contributing to service development.
You will work with frailty leads and HSCP teams, supervise colleagues, and engage in research and quality improvement to demonstrate impact across sites.
