What You’ll Do
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization to ensure the successful realization of the LATAM PTO strategy-based processes, objectives and systems from an end-to-end perspective (source to market).
- Help to direct & indirect, plan and execute strategic programs supporting LATAM organization, including re-engineering of supplier bases on a global or regional basis.
- Build up and maintain supplier relationship experience roadmap and ensure that processes meet and reflect Division overall expectations.
- Works within the Integral Division PTO team to identify Quarterly release content and training req
