Project Manager - Geophysical Operations

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in geophysical project delivery to join our Operations Team. This role is primarily office-based but will require periodic travel for field visits, training, and project oversight.

and structured ownership of the full project lifecycle—from costing and preparation through implementation and wrap-up. This role requires a safety-first mindset, the ability to coordinate field teams in dynamic environments, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously describe the role and team the candidate will be joining

Primary Responsibilities
- Project Costing & Scope Alignment: Develop project budgets, review client requirements, and ensure alignment between scope, resources, and operational feasibility.
- Project Preparation & Planning: Work closely with our HSE, logistics, warehouse and HR teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness during the pre-mobilization phase.
- Field Implementation Oversight: Support and guide field crews during mobilization and execution phases, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project plans. Ensure projects stay within scope and on budget.
