NHS Lanarkshire is comprised of Acute Services (which currently provide hospital based services over 3 main sites), Corporate & Property & Support Services, North and South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships which provide integrated primary healthcare and social care services to local communities and surrounding areas.The RoleThe provision of efficient and effective administrative/clerical support to a receiving unit to ensure the smooth running of the department and to release Clinical staff to perform Clinical duties.In This Key Role, You WillTo provide administrative and clerical support to Ward Managers in the preparation of documentation for ward management, to facilitate the smooth running of the ward and to ensure that required standards are met (e.G. pay roll, monitoring annual leave, sickness, audits, etc).The efficient and effective use of the PC and relevant software packages to produce work to a high standard and to ensure that accurate information is available at all times (e.G. Microsoft Office Packages,
