The Role

The successful post holder will deliver specialist dietetic intervention and management of the Head & Neck Cancer caseload.

This Will Include Providing a Dietetic Service To
- In patients within specialist ward
- Outpatient clinics.

The successful candidate will be required to work at a specialist level.



They will be required to use previous experience working within the identified specialities to deliver expert evidence-based dietetic assessment, treatment, and advice. The successful candidate will require previous experience managing complex enteral feeding. Willingness to undertake training in parenteral feeding. The post holder will be required to provide cover and/or support to the hospital Dietetic Team in the management of patients referred to the Dietetic Department when required. The post will involve both inpatient and outpatient working, which will require flexibility in work patterns. Multidisciplinary working is essential. To provide support and mentorship to junior members of staff within the Dietetic Team and provide peer support as indicated. To participate in student training programme as required.
