Commercial Manager SLATAM

Flexco is seeking a Commercial Manager SLATAM to lead commercial strategy and drive business growth across Chile, Peru, and Argentina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.

• Lead, develop, and coach high-performing commercial teams.

• Manage forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business planning activities.

• Strengthen relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and business partners.

• Drive commercial excellence through disciplined execution and a results-oriented approach.

• Collaborate with key business functions to achieve regional objectives.

Requirements:





• 10+ years of commercial experience within industrial B2B organizations.

• Proven experience leading commercial teams.

• Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business planning.

• Availability to travel across the region and internationally.

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
