About the Role
The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of all IT operations while leading a multidisciplinary team and driving technology initiatives. This role requires a balanced profile capable of managing day-to-day services, leading projects, engaging with business stakeholders, and implementing improvements that support organizational growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
IT Operations Management
• Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure team, applications, networks, service desk, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure service availability, monitor performance, and manage SLA’s and compliance.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to guarantee high-quality delivery.
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

Team Leadership
• Lead, coach,



and develop IT teams across multiple domains.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and balance operational tasks with project demands.
• Conduct performance reviews, ensure skill development, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Project & Innovation Management
• Manage and execute technology projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Evaluate and propose new technologies that improve efficiency, user experience, and business value.
• Build business cases, manage risks, and ensure governance and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Champion automation, digital tools, and process optimization initiatives.

Business Partnership
• Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business areas.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and solutions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
