About the Role
We are looking for a French-Speaking STR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio. The adecuado candidate is fluent in French and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and issues throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations, availability, check-ins, check-outs, and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
• Monitor guest reviews and help maintain high satisfaction and service standards.
• Assist with listing updates, property information, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and property owners to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor reservations and ensure accurate calendars across booking platforms.
• Escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary.




• Maintain accurate records and provide regular operational updates.

Requirements
• Fluent French and English — written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Short-Term Rentals, hospitality, property management, or guest services.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Experience with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties/reservations.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or occasional holidays when required.

Preferred Skills
• Experience handling international guests.
• Knowledge of STR operations and guest experience best practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as PriceLabs, Slack, Google Workspace, and task
