You will draft, review, and edit employment contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements; support onboarding and offboarding across multiple jurisdictions; conduct legal research and prepare country playbooks and compliance summaries; and collaborate with stakeholders to improve templates, SOPs, and playbooks. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
