**Your role at Clorox:**At Clorox Chile, we’re looking for a CPFR / Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial team and contribute to excellence in the planning, monitoring, and execution of our key customer accounts. This is a great opportunity for a professional who enjoys combining commercial thinking, data analysis, customer collaboration, and demand planning. In this role, you will help connect customer demand, commercial strategy, and supply execution, ensuring product availability while identifying opportunities to support sustainable sales growth. You’ll gain exposure to key customers in the retail market and collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Trade Marketing, in a dynamic FMCG environment**In this role, you will:*** Monitor Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory, forecasts, and customer purchases, ensuring replenishment is aligned with portfolio demand and sales objectives.* Identify purchasing gaps, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable recommendations.* Support forecasting and demand planning, connecting replenishment needs with promotions, launches, seasonality, and commercial plans.* Monitor key indicators such as Forecast Accuracy/Bias, In-Stock, DOH, OTIF, out-of-stocks, and service levels.* Follow up on commercial agreements, promotions, assortment, and execution for assigned accounts.* Work closely with KAMs, customers, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Trade Marketing, connecting commercial priorities with operational execution.* Support administrative processes related to assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and timely execution LI#HYBRID **What we look for:*** At least 1 year of experience in CPFR, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, or related roles,



preferably within FMCG/consumer goods companies.* Experience working with retail customers and Commercial/Sales teams.* Experience with major modern trade customers such as Walmart, Cencosud, SMU, and Tottus is highly valued.* Strong knowledge of Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory management, forecasting, replenishment, and product availability.* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.* Commercial and sales mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities and anticipate potential risks.* Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented approach.* Advanced Excel skills.
