From Wyser we are supporting Etex, a multinational company providing innovative building solutions, the next Head of Supply Chain LATAM to lead the region.

Role Description The Head of Supply Chain LATAM position is part of the regional leadership team and reports directly to the Division Head. It leads Supply Chain operations across countries such as Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil, with direct interaction with Country Managers and local teams.

Main Responsibilities

- Define and implement the regional Supply Chain strategy, optimizing costs, inventories, and delivery times.
- Lead planning, logistics, and customer service teams in LATAM, supporting the development of newly promoted young leaders.
- Drive end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes (S&OP;, S&OE;, MRP/DDMRP).
- Partner with Country Managers and business leaders to translate Supply Chain insights into business decisions, building credibility through data-driven recommendations and execution excellence.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and transformational projects.
- Ensure maximum customer orientation and world-class processes.

- Logistics safety (LTA,



Safety Conversations, Kaizens).
- Productive inventories (DIO) and slow-moving control.
- Supply Chain costs and landed costs.
- Cost to serve and top-line generation.
- Delivery performance and service claims.

Required Profile

- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain, Operations, or MBA preferred.
- APICS certification (BSCM, CPIM, or CSCP).
- Advanced experience in network design, project management, and change management.
- Proven track record in consumer goods and/or multinational companies, with exposure to regional structures.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Hands-on, analytical, and data-driven mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate effectively with non-Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Structured, autonomous, and action-oriented approach, with strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to support and develop young teams, fostering trust and clarity in times of organizational change.
