En Conkord nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional con experiencia en ServiceNow y conocimientos en Now Assist e Inteligencia Artificial Generativa , para integrarse a proyectos de transformación digital y optimización de servicios TI.

Principales Responsabilidades

Administrar, configurar y mantener la plataforma ServiceNow.

Implementar y optimizar funcionalidades de Now Assist.

Gestionar módulos como ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB y Knowledge Management.

Desarrollar automatizaciones utilizando Flow Designer.

Participar en integraciones con sistemas externos mediante APIs.

Brindar soporte y proponer mejoras continuas sobre la plataforma.

Requirements

Requisitos

Experiencia de al menos 3 años en ServiceNow.

Conocimiento de ITSM, Incident, Problem y Change Management.

Experiencia con Flow Designer, Integration Hub y Service Catalog.

Conocimientos de JavaScript y APIs REST.

Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.

Deseable experiencia en Now Assist, AI Search o soluciones de IA Generativa.
