We are looking for a high-energy Cold Calling Specialist ( Spanish Bilingual)

to drive lead generation, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting process .

In this role, you will spearhead our outbound outreach, engaging potential clients through high-volume calls, texts, and emails, while keeping our CRM organized and accurate.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Starting Rate: $6.00/hour
- Retention bonus
- Performance-based pay raises (Month 3, Year 1 and 2)

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Cold Calling: Perform high-volume outbound calling to targeted lists to generate leads, pitch services, and qualify prospects.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings seamlessly for the sales team.
- Multi-Channel Follow-Up: Execute timely follow-ups with prospects across phone calls, SMS, and email.
- Insurance Quoting Support: Assist with gathering preliminary information to support the insurance quoting and cross-selling workflow.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update lead status in real-time,



and clean databases within HubSpot/CRM platforms.
- Administrative Support: Handle general email correspondence, calendar organization, and basic customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Proven experience in high-volume cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation (prior experience in insurance sales, quoting, or support is strongly preferred).
- Mindset: Highly resilient, comfortable handling rejection, and confident in delivering engaging pitches.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office .
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with power dialers / auto-dialer software.
- Organization: Meticulous attention to detail for data entry and pipeline tracking
