Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, product teams, and engineers—running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, leading stakeholder interviews and documenting current and future states.
