We are looking for a Sr. Claims Handler (Marine) to join our team in Chile, managing both complex and straightforward marine claims, including judicial and out-of-court cases, while providing high-quality service and developing effective strategies for claims management.

Responsibilities:
• Manage complex and straightforward marine judicial and out-of-court claims.
• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency in claims management and service delivery, maintaining close relationships with clients.
• Manage complex cases involving significant volume, challenges, and high levels of difficulty.
• Support the Specialist in different matters related to claims operations.
• Contribute to the achievement of the objectives established for the area.
• Identify and attract new lawsuits and ensure appropriate follow-up and management.




• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Law degree, with a focus on Civil Law and Insurance.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in litigation.
• Experience handling Marine claims is desired.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and client-oriented approach.
