On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an: IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT systems.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
• Resolve incidents, document solutions, and escalate complex issues.
• Ensure IT security compliance and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Technical degree or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
