As a Contract Manager (Responsable de Gestión de Contratos ) you will:

Key responsibilities:
- Manage assigned contracts execution with all the stakeholders to ensure on time, on quality and on cost delivery both for new helicopters and its after sales services (MRO, Training, etc.)
- Coordinate and follow execution of tasks and activities with MRO center and Airbus Training Academy.
- Ensure complex contracts reporting top management: Status, risks and opportunities, milestones and actions
- Manage internal,



external and transnational stakeholders including contract reviews with customers.
- Coordinate with headquarters to prepare aircraft orders according to the sale contracts.
- Prepare final delivery of aircraft including preparation of certificates and related contractual documentation.
- Respect the End-to-End offer process within the expected timeframe and in line with Airbus Commercial Policy
- Manage assigned offers preparation and build commercial balances for after sale services including maintenance inspections and retrofit.
- Support commercial and finance departments for the invoicing process.
- Follow up and conduct lessons learned related to contracts in execution.
- Collaborate with delivery surveys & customer satisfaction action plans.
- Foster continuous improvement within commercial and transversal processes.
