The Lead Value Engineer is the regional value engineering lead, responsible for building the value case behind Caterpillar's mining technology solutions in AmS. Reporting to the Global Manager, Performance & Value Intelligence, this role establishes value baselines, models future-state performance and sets the customer business case that defines success for every deployment.

In this role, you will apply deep mining operations and mine planning expertise to understand how a customer's operation performs today and quantify the value MineStar™ technologies, including Autonomous Haulage Systems
