What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Provides deep technical expertise in granulation, blending, compression, coating, and process validation, supporting manufacturing performance,



technology transfers, troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product introductions, process transfers, and manufacturing scale-up activities.
- Lead complex manufacturing investigations and root cause analyses.
- Translate process science and technology into commercial high scale production considering its requirements, constraints and implications
- Serve as the technical authority for all manufacturing processes across the network focused on oral solids with extension to other production forms
- Harmonize manufacturing process, enhance process technically, implement best practices in the network, supporting GMP activities and delivering technical trainings.
- Guarantee implementation of GMP rules and regulatory requirements across the network.
- Review and contribute to: Process validation documentation. Change controls, Deviations, CAPAs, Risk assessments
