Sterlington PLLC is seeking a leader to build and scale attorney development, feedback, and learning programs. You’ll coach associates, manage partners, and drive a culture of feedback and belonging across the Americas time zones.

You’ll own end-to-end L&D; programs, analyze utilization data, and contribute to talent acquisition while applying US employment law where relevant. This role is remote and aligned to ET working hours.
