On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an: IT Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
- Resolve incidents, document solutions, and escalate complex issues.
- Ensure IT security compliance and smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Technical degree or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
