Commercial Manager SLATAM

Flexco is seeking a Commercial Manager SLATAM to lead commercial strategy and drive business growth across Chile, Peru, and Argentina.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead, develop, and coach high-performing commercial teams.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business planning activities.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Drive commercial excellence through disciplined execution and a results-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with key business functions to achieve regional objectives.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of commercial experience within industrial B2B organizations.
- Proven experience leading commercial teams.
- Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business planning.
- Availability to travel across the region and internationally.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
