Grünenthal is seeking a General Director Oral Solids Manufacturing Technology (m/f/d) for its Santiago, Chile site. You will lead manufacturing technology, drive scale-up, process transfers and continuous improvement across the network.

You will ensure GMP compliance and regulatory alignment while fostering cross-site collaboration and training initiatives. You bring 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical operations with expertise in granulation, blending, compression, coating, and process validation.
