Key Responsibilities

- Design Custom Itineraries: Craft personalized travel packages that match client preferences, budgets, and travel styles.
- Manage Bookings & Logistics: Reserve boutique accommodations, guided excursions, private transfers, and domestic flights using internal booking systems.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Educate international and domestic clients on Chile’s destinations, seasonal highlights, entry requirements, and local customs.
- Offer Dedicated Support: Deliver prompt,



empathetic assistance to resolve real-time travel adjustments, flight delays, or itinerary updates.
- Build Partner Relationships: Collaborate with local suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to ensure exceptional service and preferred client rates.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Travel Industry Knowledge: Broad understanding of Chile’s core tourism destinations (Patagonia, Atacama, Lake District, Easter Island, Santiago).
- Multilingual Communication: Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages like Portuguese or French are a plus).
- Customer-Centric Focus: Natural ability to build rapport, active listening skills, and a commitment to high client satisfaction.
- Organization & Detail: Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple active client files and schedules concurrently.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience working with booking systems, CRM tools, or Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
