A Day in the Life:
• Own day-to-day delivery across a technically complex, design-led client engagement, keeping teams aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Serve as a trusted partner to client stakeholders, building strong relationships through clear, proactive, and transparent communication.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, product, QA, and DevOps teams to understand technical considerations and ensure work moves effectively from planning through delivery.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, and emerging issues,
bringing forward practical solutions and recommendations rather than waiting for client direction.
• Coordinate work across distributed and nearshore teams, creating clarity around ownership, expectations, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Operate comfortably within an Agile delivery environment, partnering with the team members facilitating Scrum ceremonies while maintaining broader accountability for overall delivery health and outcomes.
• Use Linear and other project management tools to maintain visibility into work in progress, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Adapt quickly as priorities, timelines, or requirements evolve, helping the team make informed tradeoffs while maintaining momentum and client confidence.
