Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supporting team members in resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication across departments. The role also involves tracking key operational metrics, preparing concise reports for management, and contributing to process improvements. The Supervisor is expected to foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment and uphold organizational policies and procedures.
