- Facilitate and support teams in the effective adoption and application of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure effective sprint planning and execution.
- Identify impediments, risks, and dependencies, supporting their management and resolution.
- Promote team self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor sprint progress and support the tracking of Agile metrics and performance indicators.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business areas, and other stakeholders.
- Support Product Owners with Product Backlog management and refinement.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, team dynamics, and ways of working.
- Promote an Agile mindset and contribute to the adoption of best practices across the organization.
- Facilitate retrospectives and help teams define actionable continuous improvement plans.
- Support teams in conflict resolution and the removal of blockers that may impact delivery.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.
- Experience working with software development teams or technology projects.
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team dynamics.
- Experience working directly with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and team performance tracking.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Experience participating in Digital Transformation projects or programs.
- Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with geographically distributed or international teams.
- Experience in complex technology environments.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
