Main Purpose





Drive commercial growth and profitability of the Consumer Health portfolio within the assigned territory by developing and managing strategic customer relationships, ensuring excellence in commercial execution, and achieving sales, distribution, and collection targets through close collaboration with internal teams and coordination of indirect field teams.

Your mission Will be to

• Manage the end-to-end commercialization of the Consumer Health portfolio within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales, collection, and customer development objectives.
• Develop and strengthen long-term business relationships with strategic customers, serving as the primary point of contact and Bayer representative within the region.
• Design, implement, and monitor commercial plans aligned with business objectives, including customer P&L; management, volume plans, distribution targets, product rotation, inventory levels, and promotional activities.
