We seek a Digital Marketing Planner to collaborate in developing integrated communication strategies that connect brands and culture in a relevant and impactful way. You will combine strategic analysis, cultural sharpness, and creative vision to drive growth for our clients.

What will help you succeed:
• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning for communication and brands, with a background in advertising or digital marketing agencies focused on creativity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields.




• Proven experience developing truly integrated strategies across both digital and traditional channels.
• Strong knowledge of strategic frameworks and brand architectures (brand positioning, brand building, brand ecosystem, etc.).
• Ability to perform comprehensive desktop research across consumers, categories, and business environments using platforms like Statista.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into strategic brand workflows (Gemini, ChatGPT, Waldo, or similar) to optimize research and strategic output.
• Exceptional communication skills with mastery in delivering executive-level presentations, distilling complex ideas into actionable insights for multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong critical thinking, innovative vision, and an effectiveness-driven mindset focused on business results.
• Advanced fluency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory.

Nice to Have:
• Strategic experience in Chile and LATAM markets.
