Option 2: IT Support Technician (Técnico Informático)

Job Summary:
The IT Technician will maintain and support the company's computer systems, networks, and peripherals. This role requires a proactive individual who can solve hardware and software issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Set up accounts for new users and manage passwords/permissions.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant certification (CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA).
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $280,000 - $1,100,000 per month

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
