The Role

Join our Chile Operations team and gain hands-on experience at the heart of the renewable energy sector. As an Operations Intern, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the Operations Plan for Sonnedix’s Chilean portfolio, supporting both Operations & Maintenance and Asset Management activities across Solar PV, Wind and BESS assets. You will help gather and analyse data, track key actions and milestones, prepare reports and presentations, and coordinate inputs from Operations, Finance among other functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build practical experience in a fast-paced, international environment. Based in Santiago, with occasional travel to renewable energy sites across Chile, you will support asset performance monitoring, maintenance tracking, operational and financial reporting, and targeted analysis. You will also gain exposure to areas such as P&L; variances, generation reporting, cash-flow forecasting and contractual compliance.Desirable skills and experience

- Recently graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline, with a strong academic record.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret information and prepare clear, structured reports.
- Strong digital and AI fluency, with confidence using Microsoft 365 applications and a demonstrated ability to adopt emerging technologies, AI assistants, data visualisation tools, and automation solutions to drive insights and operational excellence
- Technology fluency, including curiosity and confidence in using performance platforms and data visualisation solutions such as Power BI, CMMS/eMaint or SCADA.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent Spanish and good communication skills; English, knowledge of renewable energy, or previous project experience in energy, engineering or finance would be an advantage
