EQUANS Chile (EQCL) , a global leader in energy, digital, and technical services, we are looking for a BUSINES ANALYST - HR DATA to join our international People Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders across multiple countries, supporting strategic HR initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and workforce insights.
About the Role
The Business Analyst – HR Data will play a key role in transforming workforce information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. Acting as a bridge between Human Resources, IT, and business stakeholders, this professional will contribute to data governance, reporting, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives across the EQUANS general organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data related to recruitment, performance, compensation, diversity, employee engagement, and workforce trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple HR and business systems
- Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify analytical requirements and implement solutions.
- Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, organizational design, and HR transformation programs.
- Contribute to global HR reporting processes, ensuring reliable and timely data submissions.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through actionable insights and business storytelling.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional English proficiency to work within a global environment (written and spoken).
Preferred
- Knowledge of workforce analytics and HR metrics.
- Experience supporting international or multicultural organizations.
- Familiarity with data modeling and large-scale data environments.
