Schedule

- Full-time
- Production schedules may vary depending on filming requirements
- Some flexibility may be required for shoots, events, and production deadlines
- Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be necessary depending on the project

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day film and video production activities
- Support producers, directors, and production staff on set
- Help prepare equipment, props, sets, and production materials
- Assist with setting up and breaking down filming locations
- Coordinate production supplies, schedules, and logistics
- Help organize call sheets, production documents, and other materials




- Assist with transportation and movement of equipment or crew when required
- Communicate with cast, crew, vendors, and production team members
- Help maintain an organized and safe production environment
- Monitor production schedules and assist with meeting deadlines
- Support location preparation and coordination
- Assist with basic administrative and production tasks
- Help with post-production organization, file management, and media handling when needed
- Complete other production-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous experience in film, television, video production, events, or a related field is an advantage
