Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Technical Support Call Center team. - Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on troubleshooting procedures.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting customers.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Stay up to date with the latest software, hardware, and technology trends.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time,



resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and other common operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking, routers, and internet troubleshooting.
- Experience using remote desktop software and other technical support tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a technical support or call center role is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is beneficial.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged
