Role Overview
The Service Implementation Officer will support an IT infrastructure deployment project, including site surveys, WAN, network equipment, wireless, CCTV, and conference room AV installation. The role requires hands-on installation, validation, documentation, and photographic evidence.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site surveys and MDF/IDF rack assessments.
• Support WAN circuit deployment and internal MDF patching.
• Install, rack, label, and validate routers and switches.
• Install and validate Crestron AV equipment.




• Install and test Cisco Meraki wireless access points.
• Install, position, and validate Cisco Meraki CCTV cameras.
• Perform physical cabling, mounting, and connectivity checks.
• Prepare survey reports, installation reports, checklists, and handover documentation.
• Capture photographs of completed installations.

Requirements
• Experience in IT infrastructure deployment and network installation.
• Hands-on MDF/IDF and rack experience.
• Knowledge of WAN, wireless, and CCTV deployment.
• Experience with AV installation, preferably Crestron.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Own laptop and label maker.
• Good English communication skills.
